Creating Community with Diversity with Rev. Dr. Tim Stewart

Oneness doesn’t mean sameness, but instead a great diversity in expression of the One. Developing true community means embracing and celebrating both diversity and oneness. In this workshop we will take a look at successful ways to experience community with those diverse in race, ethnicity, sexual orientation and thinking. Discussion will include an opportunity for participants to share from their wisdom and experience.

Rev. Dr. Tim Stewart has a long history in New Thought with ties that cross organizational lines. Coming to New Thought with a ministry background in a traditional church, he found the teachings of Religious Science and Divine Science. His New Thought journey includes 18 years in Religious Science, including seven years in a ministerial role, and a study of Divine Science that spans over two decades.

Ordained through the United Divine Science Seminary, he has served on the board of the Divine Science Ministers Association as treasurer and later as Vice-President. He served as President of Divine Science Federation International from 2014 until August of 2020. He also holds certification with the International Association of Counselors and Therapists.

Rev. Dr. Tim Stewart is a life member of INTA and previously served as a District President, Congress Chair, and member of the Executive Board. He is the current President of the International New Thought Alliance.
