with Rev. David Torres
Beyond physical self-care (proper nutrition, exercise, and sleep), beyond spiritual self-care (prayer and meditation), beyond social self-care (friendships and intimate conversations) Rev. David will be talking about self-care on a feeling level: paying attention to what is affecting us, causing us stress, as we deal with the uncertainties of today. This short one hour will help us reveal our inner strengths, allowing space for self forgiveness and self empathy. It is in these troubling times we all could use some guidance to understand and cope. David’s intention is to help you go from self-care to self-love and appreciation.
